Contact Forms on static Sites

A website is helpful if you want to bring services to the market. There are several options available for building an interface over that customers can contact you. The procedure depends on whether you run a static or dynamic website.

You can still use links in html-files like mailto:, tel:, skype:, sip: e.t.c., but with a contact form some additional features are possible. However, forms require a backend that could handle the form submissions, and static websites do not have this backend. This is the reason why you have a static and not dynamic website. You do not need to worry about the backend.

In that case, we could use a service that would do this for us. There are many services on the internet. Of course we can create our own web service, for example with php, and that should not be a big deal.
